About the C Paper Sizes to Pixels conversion

The ISO 216 C series is used mainly for envelopes: a C-size envelope holds the matching A-size sheet unfolded. C4, for instance, fits an A4 sheet. C0 is 917 × 1297mm, with each size halving in area down to C10.

Pixel dimensions come from each millimetre value converted through inches at your DPI: px = (mm / 25.4) × DPI. At 96 DPI, C4 (229 × 324mm) is 866 × 1225px; at 300 DPI it is 2705 × 3827px.
